Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully so you know how we handle different situations.


1. No Physical Returns

Due to international shipping logistics, we are unable to accept physical returns. Instead, we provide easy solutions if something goes wrong with your order.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send us photo or video proof,

  • Once verified, we’ll resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever works best for you.


3. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.

  • If you’d like a replacement, we can reship the order once you cover the new shipping costs.


4. Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your order, we can process a refund. However, please note:

  • Product and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


5. Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • EU/UK customers: You are entitled to your 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.

  • In all regions, if the law provides you with stronger rights than our store policy, those legal rights will always apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve approved the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
