Purchased this and tried using it for the first time today and it doesnt work. I played with the nozzle. Adjusted it 200 times and no water would spray out. Wanted the battery one which was sold out and now is available so go with that. Not worth the headache.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your portable bidet. The issue is likely due to a safety lock mechanism, which prevents leakage while the product is being carried or stored in a bag this can stop water from spraying out until it's released.

Perfect size when folded, and I feel comfortable using it at work. I like how it stays flat and doesnt bunch up like a thin fabric mat. Quick and easy to fold away when done.

Amazing but too much water pressure

It’s great when it works.

Shipment arrived in a decent time had nice packaging. Upon use I noticed sometimes it works and other times you have to toy with it a little bit. Nothings perfect so it’s ok. When it works it’s amazing.

No water

Yesterday late afternoon my wife and I were at a track meet for her granddaughter and she needed to use a bathroom and the school building was locked with only a port a potty available no worries we had just received our portable bidet Saturday what a convenience we were able to make proper Audubon and make Asr Alhamduillah

I never received my item

I don't have any positive because due to the company's 3rd party delivery service that says they delivered but doesn't list where they actually delivered too..

Good quality prayer mat

Received this prayer mat in good time. It was nicely packaged and the quality of the product is good. I have already started to use it in my Masjid and find it sturdy and comfortable and also easy to fold and pack. I would recommend this product to others.
