We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be. However, we want to clarify that your order was delivered to your address on August 24th (your order was placed with us on the 18th).

Please note, it is not our responsibility to collect the order on behalf of the customer. Once delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the order is safely collected. Unfortunately, situations where an order is taken by someone else are beyond our control.

To assist further, we sent three separate emails to the email address provided but unfortunately, received no response.

Additionally, despite this situation being outside of our usual policy, we offered to resend the product to make sure you were satisfied. It's disappointing to see that, after these efforts, we were called a sham.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we remain open to resolving this matter if you’re willing to reach out again.
