I have repeatedly contacted you to send it to me after I paid it. It now says delivered, but I never got it. Show me pictures of delivery like other shippers do. Its a complete sham!

Please note, it is not our responsibility to collect the order on behalf of the customer. Once delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the order is safely collected. Unfortunately, situations where an order is taken by someone else are beyond our control.
To assist further, we sent three separate emails to the email address provided but unfortunately, received no response.
Additionally, despite this situation being outside of our usual policy, we offered to resend the product to make sure you were satisfied. It's disappointing to see that, after these efforts, we were called a sham.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we remain open to resolving this matter if you’re willing to reach out again.

Biggest selling point compared to my other oneis the small profile and how the nozzle retracts to take a smaller footprint in your bag. The carrying case is also perfectly fitted so there’s no extra fabric you’re dealing with when traveling. I am not used to using an angled sprayer so I have to adjust, but the amount of water has been plenty for my needs.
Only caution is to make sure to clean the inside thoroughly before use as they were black stains on the inside - maybe from the manufacturing process?
I’ve bought several of these for myself and family members, they are very convenient when out of the house for the whole day. Most importanly, they are truly waterproof, even if I accidentally have water run over it I don’t feel the water. They do not compress my feet no do I feel sweaty while wearing them all day. I’ve had my own pair for 2+ years and theyre still holding strong. I can wear them several days without them smelling weird as well.
