I have repeatedly contacted you to send it to me after I paid it. It now says delivered, but I never got it. Show me pictures of delivery like other shippers do. Its a complete sham!

To assist further, we sent three separate emails to the email address provided but unfortunately, received no response.
Additionally, despite this situation being outside of our usual policy, we offered to resend the product to make sure you were satisfied. It's disappointing to see that, after these efforts, we were called a sham.
