Very bad service, have ordered my portable bidet a month ago still not got it nor any updates, be careful it could be a scam

Love this product. It's a little fidgety to begin with, but you get the hang of pulling the spout out, it's great! So much better than wet tissue!!!

Actually the towel is just ok - it feels more like an eye glasses cleaning cloth.

Great Prodect

This is a much needed product. This product is convenient, does not leak, can easily be carried in a medium sized purse.
I couldn't get the top off of mine And I sent customer service a message Period not only did they go over and Beyond Solve my problem They actually even sent me a video period it sounds kind of silly Just said I couldn't get the top off But I guess at first I wasn't pulling hard enough after the second time it was no problem.
I have been sharing the link for this product to many of my friends, Muslim and non-muslim.

This portable bidet is so convenient. I love using it and I always feel refreshed after.

Leak proof. But once you pull the plunger, if you apply too much forced to the bottle, it will leak while spraying.
