DEENIN is an Islamic startup that is built on the principles of Islam, and we strive to create institutions that help our employees, clients, and directors fulfill their ultimate purpose of worshiping Allah SWT.

At DEENIN, we believe that being Muslim doesn't mean sacrificing style or quality. Our brand is all about embracing diversity, inclusivity, and empowerment. We offer a range of products that cater to the modern Muslim lifestyle while staying true to our values. I have finally received my Magnetic Hijab Magnet. Apparently my package has been lost and DEENIN has resent me a new package. And the magnet is very strong. Fully satisfied andvrecomended.

I never received my rug which is stated as delivered - ZERO stars

I have repeatedly contacted you to send it to me after I paid it. It now says delivered, but I never got it. Show me pictures of delivery like other shippers do. Its a complete sham!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be. However, we want to clarify that your order was delivered to your address on August 24th (your order was placed with us on the 18th).

Please note, it is not our responsibility to collect the order on behalf of the customer. Once delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the order is safely collected. Unfortunately, situations where an order is taken by someone else are beyond our control.

To assist further, we sent three separate emails to the email address provided but unfortunately, received no response.

Additionally, despite this situation being outside of our usual policy, we offered to resend the product to make sure you were satisfied. It's disappointing to see that, after these efforts, we were called a sham.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we remain open to resolving this matter if you’re willing to reach out again.

Portable Bidet

Very good wudhu bottle. Comes with a handy bag. Perfect for wudhu at work. Knocked off a point because it arrived very dusty.
