Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with DEENIN.
Because we ship internationally, we’re unable to accept physical returns. However, we do offer refunds, replacements, or store credits in certain cases as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds or Store Credit

We can process a refund or offer store credit only if your item is faulty, damaged, defective, incomplete, shipped to the wrong address, or lost in transit.

If your order falls under any of these categories:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send photo or video proof of the issue to salam@deenin.com.

  • Once our team verifies the issue, we’ll process your choice of:

    • Refund,

    • Replacement, or

    • Store Credit

All additional costs such as shipping or reshipment fees will be borne by DEENIN in such cases.

Change of Mind / Order Amendments

If you change your mind or wish to amend your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order on our website.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse or delivered, we will not be able to process refunds, returns, or store credits for change-of-mind requests.

If, after delivery, you decide that you no longer want the product for personal reasons or preference, we’re unable to accept a return or issue a refund, as returns are not possible due to international shipping restrictions.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already shipped, we’re unable to issue a refund or accept a return, as returns are not possible due to international shipping restrictions.

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered by the courier, or if the customer fails to receive the parcel due to incorrect address details or absence at the time of delivery, we can resend the order once the new shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Customer Contact Responsibility

Customers are required to provide a valid and reachable email address and WhatsApp contact number when placing their order.

If our team needs to contact you regarding any issue, clarification, or update about your order and we do not receive a response within 10 business days, your order will be placed on hold.

In such cases:

  • We will reship the order once you confirm and provide updated instructions.

  • We will not issue a refund if you later request one due to a delay caused by lack of response.

  • If any item in your order goes out of stock during this hold period, we can either:

    • Offer you a store credit for that specific item, or

    • Allow you to select an alternative product of equal value.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are non-refundable.
In case of verified damage, defect, or loss, any replacement or refund will include shipping at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Information

United States

  • Free Shipping on orders $50 and over

  • Shipping options:

    • Standard: 9–12 business days

    • Expedited: 5–7 business days

  • Overnight shipping is not available.

United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia

We currently offer both standard and expedited shipping options.
Delivery times are based on the time of shipment, not the time the order is placed.

International Shipping

We ship globally using trackable services via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or processing fees determined by your country’s government.

  • DEENIN is not responsible for these charges.
    However, our team is happy to help you understand your local customs process — simply email us at salam@deenin.com.

For faster international delivery, we also offer Express Shipping via DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Expedited options do not include customs or duties, and you may be billed separately upon delivery.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund or store credit is approved, you’ll be notified via email.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
